Tissline Return Policy

General Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be in their new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, free from perfume odors, uncut, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

No Exchanges Accepted

We do not accept product exchanges. If an item doesn't suit you, you must proceed with a return under the conditions below.

Return Shipping Costs Borne by the Customer

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover shipping costs for returns, except in case of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Returns

Only fabrics can be returned and refunded. As wedding and evening dresses are custom-made for each customer, no returns will be accepted, except in case of our error. This is why we emphasize the importance of taking accurate measurements and entering the exact measurements before validating the order.

Custom or Personalized Wedding and Evening Dresses

Custom-made or personalized wedding and evening dresses are neither exchangeable nor refundable. We advise you to take your measurements carefully and select the correct size before validating your order. If in doubt, contact us before finalizing your purchase for additional advice.

Return of Sale or Promotional Items

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of defect or error on our part.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Be sure to use them within the indicated validity period.

Return Procedure

If you need to return an item (excluding the exceptions mentioned above), here's the procedure to follow:

  • Contact us at "contact@tissline.com" to obtain a return authorization number.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or similar packaging to ensure it won't be damaged during transport.
  • Ship the item to the shop's return address.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund according to the conditions mentioned above.
