At Tissline, we are committed to delivering your items as quickly as possible while ensuring the quality of our products. Here are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing and Delivery TimesFabrics
- Delivery Time: Fabrics are shipped within 8 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- This timeframe includes order preparation and shipping
Wedding and Evening Dresses
- Delivery Time: Wedding and evening dresses are shipped within 20 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), as these items require longer manufacturing and preparation time.
- This timeframe includes custom tailoring of your dress, finishing, and shipping
Calculation of Timeframes
- The day count begins from the confirmation of your order
- Weekends and holidays are not included in these timeframes
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. A shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number (if applicable), will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
- We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may be longer than the timeframes indicated above. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- The indicated delivery times exclude weekends and holidays. Please take these days into account when planning your orders, especially for items requiring urgent delivery.
- A tracking number will be provided for all shipments (except for certain international shipments depending on the chosen delivery options). You can track the progress of your package directly on the carrier's website.
- Although we strive to meet the announced delivery times, delays beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, weather conditions) may occur. We are not responsible for these delays, but we are committed to keeping you informed in case of any issues.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the total price of your order. They will be visible at the time of cart validation before payment.
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided during your order is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Please inspect your package upon receipt
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
